* I have the dates nailed down as far as full rehearsals with chorus. These rehearsals and the performances will be the ones that I need parental help with. If you volunteer for one of the dates, you will be in charge of watching a group of kids in a classroom at the Lab School when they are not on stage. They will be instructed to bring books, activities, etc......basically they need to be supervised and contained until they go on stage. The groups will mainly be comprised of chorus members. Please email Mrs. Mellizo asap with the dates that you would be willing to help with. We will need approximately 3-4 parents to help with each rehearsal.

* Wed. April 16th - first full run-through with Chorus 4:00 - 6:00pm
* Fri. April 18th - Full Technical Rehearsal with Chorus 3:15 - 5:15pm
* Mon. April 21st - Dress Rehearsal with Chorus: call at 1:00pm - play will begin at 1:30. Rehearsal will be done at 3:30 (this is an inservice afternoon at our school)
* Tues. April 22nd - Understudy Dress Rehearsal: call at 3:30pm - play will begin at 4:00 and will end at 5:30pm
* Thurs. April 24th - EVENING PERFORMANCE! Call at 5:45 pm - play will begin at 6:30 and will be done at 8:00
* Fri. April 25th - EVENING PERFORMANCE! Call at 5:45 pm - play will begin at 6:30 and will be done at 8:00
* Also - tickets are now on sale in the Lab School Office!!!!!!

I can't open the latest full rehersal schedule. My computer says the file is corrupted. I can open other files on the web stie.

I'll re-do the document. I used MS word 2007 at work so I wonder what happened. all of the info is also in that blog post with the same name. I just copied the post and put it into a file.
